January 17, 2012Minor Release Forms
ATTN: Minors
Children 11 and under are not allowed in the pit areas. If you have a minor 12 and above, you MUST FILL OUT our Minor Release Form in order to get into the pits. This form requires BOTH PARENTS’ SIGNATURES and this must be done in front of an official or you may have it done in front of a notary. You may get this form in advance by calling Lynn Alderman at (540) 639-1700 ext 5 or downloading it here.

2013 Driver Information Packet:
All competitors must completely fill out a new Driver Information Sheet to be eligible to race in the 2013 season. The sheet is available below. Drivers who wish to register a number must return a completed driver information sheet in order to finalize the registration process.

2013 Track Rental Policies
Regular season practice will be available Tuesday-Friday 9am-5pm. All teams must schedule practice in advance.
LMSC and LS Division Rates are:
* $100/day per car and requires 24 hour notice.
* $400/day exclusive rental and requires 72 hour notice. (4 car maximum)
SS, MOD4, UCAR, Mini-C Division Rates are:
* $50/day per car and requires 24 hour notice.
* $400/day exclusive rental and requires 72 hour notice. (4 car maximum)
PRO CUP, NASCAR Whelen Mods Rates are:
* $200/day per car and requires 24 hour notice.
* $800/day exclusive rental and requires 72 hour notice. (4 car maximum)
SPRINT Cup, NATIONWIDE Series, CAMPING WORLD Truck Division Rates are:
* $500/day per team and requires 24 hour notice
* $1000/per day exclusive and requires 72 hour notice, maximum 2 teams per day
PAYMENT IN FULL IS EXPECTED BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE TRACK.

2013 PM PRACTICE POLICIES AND RATES
PM Practice will run from April 23rd through September 13th. Times will be from 5pm until dark. You must be out of the race track by 9:30pm. A 24-hour notice will be required. Tires and fuel will be available, but you must make arrangements in advance. A maximum of 8 cars or drivers will be allowed. No exclusive PM rentals.
PM PRACTICE RATES:
LMSC – LS: $150.00 PER CAR OR DRIVER
SS – MOD-4 – UCAR: $75.00 PER CAR OR DRIVER
CARS PRO CUP – WHELEN – ASA MODS: $300.00 PER CAR OR DRIVER
CUP – NATIONWIDE – CAMPING WORLD TRUCK: $500.00 PER CAR OR DRIVER

2013 FRIDAY PM PRACTICE
Friday PM practice before each event, except September 7th, will be a controlled practice for every division. Time allowed for each division will be based on the amount of cars in each division. Parts, tires and fuel will be available. Times for this practice will be 4PM till dark. Cost will be:
LMSC – LS: $150.00 per car or driver
SS – MOD-4 – UCAR: $75.00 per car or driver
Transponder Requirement
Hard-wired transponders will be available for purchase for $400 and they are yours to keep. Rental transponders (battery powered) will be available each week for $15. You will be required to purchase a bracket to hold the transponder for $10 (the bracket will be yours to keep).
If you plan to purchase your transponder you must notify the track and pay in full AT LEAST 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE FIRST EVENT. (cash, check, or major credit cards accepted)
Please note that transponders CANNOT be shared between drivers. Each car will be required to have its own transponder each week (rental or permanent).
We have a limited number of hard-wired transponders available now so if you plan to purchase and would like to use your transponder during pre-season practice sessions you will need to contact us ASAP as we don’t anticipate the ones on hand to last long. The remainder will be ordered and will not be in before open practices begin.
Please note that we will have the scoring system up and running at each session.

Pit Parking Spots
Pit Parking Spots will be sold in 2013.
* LMSC Division Front Stretch Rates are: $250 ea. (1 per car)
* LS Back Stretch & SS Back Stretch Division Rates are: $150
MOD4 Turns 3 & 4 Division Rates are: $100

PLEASE NOTE: If you puchase a pit parking spot, YOU MUST BE in your spot 1 HOUR AFTER the pit gate opens or you may forfeit your spot.
