Motor Mile Speedway & Dragway and Pepsico ink five-year deal – JW Martin


Motor Mile Speedway & Dragway officials have announced a partnership with Pepsico, making Pepsi the official soft drink of Motor Mile Speedway & Dragway, effective immediately.


The five-year agreement designates Pepsico as the exclusive soft drink provider of Motor Mile Speedway & Dragway through 2018. Brands such as Gatorade and Mountain Dew, the top flavored carbonated soft drink in America, will be available beginning this season at both venues.

Motor Mile Speedway & Dragway officials noted that while the commitment strengthens the long term stability of the Radford, Va., facility, it also affords the opportunity to place emphasis on community ties through interaction with local outlets, such as the Wytheville, Va., based Pepsi Bottling Group.
