Pulliam eyeing second consecutive Dirty Dozen Championship – JW Martin

The second installment of “The Dirty Dozen” culminates this weekend with the running of the Ethos Technologies TWIN 75’s at Motor Mile Speedway.

The season-long enrichment program spotlights six events at Motor Mile Speedway and Southern National Motorsports Park, located in Lucama, NC.  “The Dirty Dozen” events are structured exclusively under the “Twin” format for a total of 12 feature races, with the points system designed to collect a driver’s best six finishes at each track.

Through eleven events, newly-minted Southern National Motorsports Park Track Champion Tommy Lemons, Jr. trails 2013 Dirty Dozen Champion Lee Pulliam by 22 markers. The pair of Late Model standouts are dueling for a $3,000 top prize. Overall, the 2014 points fund eclipses $10,000, with the top five placeholders receiving cash awards. The top six in “The Dirty Dozen” standings are listed below.
